ATA Carnet Specifics
Korean customs typically restricts the entry of goods to six months. Check #2, “Final Date” on the importation counterfoil to determine the date by which the goods must be reexported. If more time is needed, the Carnet Holder should request such of Korean Customs before the expiry of the final date of reexportation
Replacement Carnets
- Holder or representative should complete Korean application form. Contact your ATA Carnet Service Representative for a copy of the application form.
- The form will need to be submitted to Korean Customs before the Original ATA Carnet Expire
- Both the Replacement Carnet and the Original ATA Carnet should be together when presented to Korean Customs
