COVID-19 UPDATE:
Poland is allowing the customs port of entry to extend the expiration date or restricted date on the ATA Carnet. This has to be arranged at the port of entry in Poland.
ATA Carnet Specifics:
Polish customs require two sets of transit certificates be used for every visit of goods under Carnets.
